I am Claudia
Once upon a time, I was the quiet girl—the one who stayed in the background, feeling like life was happening around me instead of for me. I grew up in a loving home with incredible parents, but life wasn’t without its challenges. My father, though my hero, struggled with alcoholism during my early years, and I faced experiences that tested my sense of safety and trust in the world.
As I grew older, I carried those doubts and insecurities into adulthood. I entered a marriage despite the red flags, staying silent as it became emotionally damaging and left me questioning my worth. When my father passed away after a long battle with cancer, I was devastated. It was a turning point in my life – I realised that I couldn’t keep living the way I was.
There was a moment when I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the woman staring back. I felt small, silenced, and stuck in a cycle of illness and self-doubt. My body was shouting what my heart already knew—I needed change.
To make things even more challenging, a breast augmentation I had undergone left me battling symptoms I couldn’t explain. Panic attacks, exhaustion, and hopelessness plagued me until I discovered the truth: BREAST IMPLANT ILLNESS. Choosing to have the implants removed was another major step in reclaiming my health and my power.
But here is the thing about hitting rock bottom, it is a solid place on which to build.
Through therapy, spirituality, and powerful mindset work, I found my way back to myself. Each challenge and setback became a lesson and an opportunity to come back stronger. I learned to embrace my story, imperfections and all, and turn it into my greatest strength.
Now my life’s purpose is to guide others to do the same.
